Summary

This study was conducted to evaluate the anti-inflammatory effects of green tea. The study was performed with rats that were fed a pro-inflammatory (high-fructose) diet. The results suggested that drinking adequate amounts of green tea plays a role in the prevention of inflammation-related diseases. Further details can be found in the study.
