Summary

This study evaluated the relationship between nutrients intake and stomach cancer.
338 patients with stomach cancer and 679 participants without cancer were investigated.
It was found that fats increase the risk of stomach cancer.
Conversely, supplementation with vitamins, especially with vitamin C, exerts protective effects against stomach cancer.
