Summary

In this Italian study, 36 individuals with early-stage high blood pressure received a mixture containing several vitamins and magnesium or a placebo for 16 weeks. The results showed significantly reduced blood pressure levels in patients in the supplementation group compared to patients in the placebo group. This study demonstrated that specific nutrients can reduce early-stage high blood pressure, thereby decreasing the risk of cardiovascular diseases in these patients. No side effects were observed. More details can be found in the study.
