Summary

This study evaluated the effects of vegetable oils (olive oil, corn oil and flaxseed oil), supplemented with vitamins, on liver diseases. The experiments were performed with rats that were given oils with or without vitamins C and E. The results showed that supplemented oils had beneficial effects on liver disease, i.e. by reducing cholesterol levels. Further details can be found in the study.
