This study evaluated the relationship between dietary intake of quercetin and stomach cancer.
505 patients with stomach cancer and 1116 participants without cancer were investigated.
The results showed that high dietary intake of quercetin is related to a reduced risk of non-cardia gastric adenocarcinoma (cancer of the lower stomach).
