Summary

A study conducted in the USA investigated the efficacy of quercetin against high blood pressure (hypertension). For this purpose, participants with elevated blood pressure values and participants with a mild form of hypertension were given 730 mg of quercetin daily for 28 days. It was found that quercetin supplementation contributed to a reduction in blood pressure. Further details can be found in the study.
