Summary

This review by the Medical University of Silesia, Poland, evaluated literature concerning the correlation of diet and the risk of developing endometriosis, a disease of the female reproductive system. The Polish researchers discovered that consuming fruits and vegetables, antioxidant vitamins, B vitamins, fish oils (omega-3 fatty acids), and dairy products rich in calcium and vitamin D are connected with a lower risk of developing endometriosis.
