This study evaluated the effect of curcumin on pancreatic cancer. The experiments were performed with cells and mice. It was found that curcumin inhibited the growth and induced the death of cancer cells. In addition, mice placed on a diet containing curcumin showed smaller tumors compared with those which did not receive any supplementation. The results indicated that curcumin has a great potential in the treatment of pancreatic cancer. Further details can be found in the study.
