Summary
This study investigated the relationship between vitamin D blood levels and liver disease. Data were collected from 100 patients with liver disorders. The results revealed that the study participants had low levels of vitamin D in their blood. It was thus concluded that the management of liver disease should include the assessment – and correction – of vitamin D levels in all patients. More details can be found in the study.
