Summary
This study measured the effects of vitamin D supplementation on Intensive Care Unit Admission and death rate among 76 hospitalized COVID-19 patients. The supplementation of a high dose of vitamin D showed that the need for Intensive Care Unit Treatment decreased and reduced the severity of the disease. Further details can be found in the study.
