Folic acid interferes with stomach cancer development

Chemopreventive effects of rofecoxib and folic acid on gastric carcinogenesis induced by N-methyl-N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine in rats

This study investigated the effect of the drug rofecoxib and folic acid and on stomach cancer.
The experiments, executed with rats, indicated that rofecoxib and folic acid interfered with cancer development.
