Summary

This review, performed by researchers from the USA, China, and Abu Dhabi, aimed to evaluate the effects of supplements, containing, for instance, coenzyme Q10, vitamin B2, and magnesium, on migraine attacks. The review included studies conducted in participants aged between 18 and 65 years and showed a beneficial and effective role of herbal supplements and micronutrients in reducing the frequency of migraine headaches.
