Summary

The study aimed to investigate the effect of a dietary supplement on the nutritional status of healthy adults and various biomarkers of heart disease. During the 8-week study period, 60 participants received a dietary supplement consisting of multivitamins, multiminerals, and phytonutrients. It was found that the subjects’ nutritional status improved, and cardiovascular biomarkers were reduced. Further details can be found in the study.
