Summary
The goal of this study was to analyze the influence of daily vitamin consumption on the frequency of esophageal cancer. 99 patients with esophageal carcinoma were compared with 50 people without cancer. The results showed that low intake of vitamins C and E correlated significantly with the development of esophageal cancer. More details can be found in the study.
